One.For small size of fabric ,Gerson clicker press  is a die cutting machine that cuts shapes out of fabric with cutting dies.

1.Easy to operate with swing arm and button press.
2.Economic cost and stable working function.
3.Two hands switches operate to ensure the operator is safe and easy.
4.The position of the swing arm is adjusted by the upper handwheel on the top of clicker press,which can obtain the best cutting position ,which can increase work efficiency and prolong the service life of cutting dies and board.

Two.For small and medium size of dies,Gerson traveling head press is die cutting machine with movable head.There have two kinds :manual traveling  head press and automatic CNC traveling head press.

1.Both for cutting soft or semi-rigid in single layer or multiple layers.
2.Cutting head left and right together with the cutting dies ensures the clear view over the table.
3.Fully automatic cutting system available including feeding, cutting, knock-out and stacking system make high productive.
5.Large cutting bed with 500*500 mm trolley or 600*600 or 1000 mm *1000 mm trolley or more wide trolley ,Any size trolley can custom made.
6.From 25T to 100T cutting force for choice or can custom made.
7.Special custom design or specifications welcome.

Three.For big size of fabric ,Gerson beam press is full head die cutting machine .

1. Operate the structure of double cylinder and precise four-column automatic balancing links to make sure same cutting depth in each and every cutting region.
2. If the pressure plate presses downward to touch the cutting dies, the appliance automatically slowly cuts, that make that there are no error involving the top and bottom layers of cutting materials.
3. Have setting structure especially, that makes adjustment of stroke safe and accurate coordinating with cutting force and cutting height.
4. Set automatic force feed to ensure the precision of machine and raise longevity of machine.
