Vacuum-Formed Plastic Sheet Die Cutting Press

Gerson die cutting press for die cutting Vacuum-Formed Plastic Sheet which a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a convex, or into a concave, single-surface mold, and forced against the mold by a vacuum.

1.The following Vacuum-Formed Plastic Sheet Can be die-cut:ABS,Acetal Copolymer,Delrin®,Delrin® Glass Filled,Nylon 6/6, 6,6/12,Cast Nylon,Teflon,PTFE,PEEK,Ultem,Polysulfone,PVC,Lexan,Acrylic,Polyethylene,LDPE,HDPE,UHMWPE etc.,The material made for skin packs, sheets of blister packs, thermoformed parts, corrugated board and a variety of other parts such as plastic container ,tray ,packing etc.

2.The above material die cutting by the the pattern shaped cutting die or knife.The cutting die can be mounted up or down.

3.These quality die cutting machine are designed with ease of operation and reliability , and are constructed of the fnest heavy- duty Four column construction which utilizes an internal mechanical levelling system to insure a parallel cutting stroke and full uniform pressure over the entire cutting bed, even when the cutting dies are not in the center of the cutting area.

4.Automatic single sided or double sliding table feeding make the cutitng jobs easy and safe.
