PVC thermoforming blister clamshell plastic tray die cutting machine is for making blister packaging sheet die cutting including : PVC,PP,PS,PET,APET,PETG,PLA Blister boxes ,Plastic clamshell packaging ,clamshell plastic packaging sheet .

1. These materials including ABS, Acetal Copolymer, Delrin®, Delrin® Glass Filled, Nylon 6/6, 6, 6/12, Cast Nylon,Teflon, PTFE, PEEK, Ultem, Polysulfone, PVC, Lexan, Acrylic, Polyethylene, LDPE, HDPE, UHMWPE etc. for making skin packs, sheets of blister packs, thermoformed parts, corrugated board and a variety of other parts such as plastic container, tray, packing can be cut by the machine.
2. All shapes can be cut out by relevant cutting dies, which can be attached to the upper beam or just on the table blade.
3. The sturdy four-column framework and inner balance mechanism make for a uniform distribution of cutting power to guarantee that each cutting operation reaches the same depth regardless of the position.
4. The machine has a great advantage that it has auto single or double sliding table to simplify the feeding operation.
5. The cutting table size and many other aspects can be adjusted or changed in refer to customer’s request.
