Before install :
1.Make the site where the machine is to be installed be smooth and level.The strength grading of the floor cement is not lower than R525#
2.Power supply: 380V,50Hz,3-phases Or 220V 3-phases,60Hz etc.,(Same as the customers power requirement).
Ready for install:
1.Get rid of grease or oil on the worktable,Clean each oil sealed part with cleaning oil.
2.Install part 1and part 2 respectively according to indicative identifications on the main machine body.Connect the plug on part 2 into the position on the main machine body（There is no need of worrying about connecting the plug wrongly since there is only one position for connection.This position is the correct)
3.Use a leveling instrument to test whether the worktable is level in longitudinal and horizontal direction to make the level accuracy not be larger than 0.1/1000.
The machine must be installed at a place where is large enough space for operators to the machine.And it must be installed at a place easy for charging and discharging.Space between the machine and the wall is lager than 20cm.
4.Open the cover on the rear of the machine.Then open the square cover on the oil tank.Add 90L hydraulic oil into the oil tank.
It is advised to use MOBLE DTE 25 or SHELL TELLUS 46 or hydraulic oil that is equivalent to ISO VG 46
5.Connect the machine with power supply according to electric principles and requirements and make the machine be ground protected reliably.
Ask professional persons(or electrician)to make the machine be ground protected reliably.
6.Dot press down the button for motor’s start(“Dot press down”means that immediately after pressing down the button for motor’s start,rapidly press down the button for oil pump motor’s stop)
7.Observe the flywheel’s rotation wheel to be in agree with the arrow’s direction on the motor’s case.Start the motor’s run button,running idle for two minutes,then let it to try to operate for several times under zero load.
8.Cut off the power switch,the traveling head press stops.
