Manual full head press is manual feed material soft and semi-rigid material into the full head press.It is widely used in many industry.
1.The full head press is using four post strong column to make sure the robust enough for the cutting job.
2.Double cyclinder and self balancing system using double crank automatic balance connecting rod balance which make sure the cutting depth of each cutting position is exactly the same.
3.Using manual feed sliding table to feed the material ,Gerson also have automatic Powered feed table or twin feed table for each side for your production need.
4.The operation press the operating button by double hand which make sure high safety.Then the press head will descend under hydraulic pressure to cut out the required shapes from single or multiple layers of material by cutting tool/die.
