Operators must be familiar with and strict obey the followings rules when use Gerson traveling head press GRM series:
1.The overflow valve fixed on the oil tube block has been set correctly by Gerson.Do not try to adjust it without authorization so as to prevent the oil circuit system from being destoryed caused by too high pressure set.
2.While changing a new cutting die/knife/mold with different height,reset it according to the setting methods.
3.In cutting operation,keep your hands away from the cutter or the base plate or the cutting bed.
4.If the operators are needed to leave the machine for a while,remember to turn off the motor to avoid others from mis-operating the machine to damage it.
5.Avoid overload operation so as not to shorten the usage life.
6.Must obey the daily maintenance of the machines is an important guarantee for keeping the machine’s good performance and prolonging its usage life.
