Gerson have developed 50 ton traveling head cutting machine for die cutting more bigger and harder material:leather, fabrics, gaskets material, plastics, paper stocks, rubber,cock wood,Foam and sponge, composite materials,soft and semi hard material.
50 tons traveling head cutting machine have two types:
One.manual traveling head cutting machine.
1.This type cutting machine feed by working hand and cutting by hand clicker .
2.The traveling head or trolley is light and move easily by hand .
Two.Automatic traveling head cutting machine
1.This type cutting machine is automatic feeding and automatic die cutting by CNC control.
2. continuous cutting operation of nonmetal roll materials or sheet materials.
3.The servo motor is adopted to control the horizontal movement of cutting head, And the multilayer materials are clamped by the cylinder for stepping feeding.
