Multi-layers continuously automatic feeding cutting machine is hydraulic driven die cutitng machine for multi-layers material.Also it is can be used cutting single layermaterial.

1.Gerson  can design the machine for multi-layers sheet or rolls material.The above photo is for die cutting muti-layers roll materials.

2.The machine process uses roll fed material, and is continuous and highly productive which can increase about 3-5 times .

3.The Servomotor controls feeding system which can adjust the feed distance and speed .The cuttingositioning accuracy is ±0.01mm.Adjust tonnage & maximize cycle times for each individual job.

4.Compact self-contained hydraulic system with four column double cylinder robust mechanical design.Full tonnage throughout the strok.
