PLC control automatic feed traveling head cutting machine is automatic feed the material by PLC and continuous traveling head cutting machine .

1.It is wiedely used in many industry and die cutting :Automotive components,Abrasives pads,Carpet and flooring sheet,gasket material,Facial mask, Powder puff, Wet towel, Glasses cloth,Shoes insoles,Medical products,Packaging Foam inserts,Packing blister plastic  etc.,

2.Equipped with four column ,Double oil cylinders , auto-balancing link structure and  central oil supply automatical lubricating system, to ensure working precision and prolong the service life of machine.

3. Computer PLC programmable  touch screen can display,Two or three axis servo motor positioning system, highposition accuracy. The traveling head is driven by servo-drive ball screw which saving materials and labor cost.

4. This travelling head cutting machine automatically completes the feeding material into the machine and cutting out the shapes by the cutting die tools, and the displacement distance and feeding length can be set precisely.

5.Because of this autmatic feed and continusous cutting ,the whole machine needs only one worker, the production efficiency can be increased 3-5 times.
