Die cutting is not complete and cuts deep-solve problem
When you use the clicker press ,The die cutting is not complete ,and cuts deep.You need to check the following for your cutting machine:
-Check the potentiometer and their connection wiring using a tester.
-Check the condition of internal contact of the pressure switch as the follows:
1)Disconnect the two pressure switch wires and short circuit them.
2)Connect the tester(Ohm position) to the pressure switch connections.
3)Start up the clicker press cutting down on a wood or nylon block without mounting the cutting die and check the opening of internal contact on the tester.
-To disassemble the hydraulic distributor and to remove eventual residual which can compromise the correct operation.
