1.The cutting tablle surface and the upper beam is the same .so it can be for high cutting power and large cutting die .The die can be placed on the table or mounted under the beam.
2.Gerson beam press are suitable both for soft and semi-rigid materials single and multiply layered in rolls and sheets.
3.The vast majority of fixed beam have been hydraulically powered and coupled with a unique balancing system to ensure the head and bed stay parallel at all time for maximum cutting accuracy.
4. The feed type such as manual feed,auto sliding table,fully automatic cutting belt with pinch and grab pincers and powered incremental board etc.,
5.For special applications,Gerson welcome other customized feed systems and custom build are available upon request.
