When used die cutting press without insufficient pressure power ,how to slove it ?
Gerson recommend you to check the following:
1.Pipe connections between pump,valve,and oil cylinder is not sealed.There is leakage
2.The overflow valve’s pressure regulating handle is loose or damaged.
3.Oil pump is damaged.Unreasonable setting of descending stroke.
The method for solve the above problem.
1.Get rid of leakage.
2.Adjust or change the overflow valve
3.Change the oil pump.Reset the descending stroke.Adjust the fine-tuning head.
