What is Cutting Board

Cutting board also called cutting pads is a  flat surface durable board  made of composite material which is used for cutting press operations. If used for clicker press,we also called clicker board.

Cutting Boards can be used from both sides and are suitable for cutting all types of soft materials including leather, leather fibre material insole material, rubber, gaskets, textiles, ,Biodegradable Tableware, Food Containers ,double foam shell, stationeryfelt, fleece foam plastics, upholstery material paper, cardboard, carton foils, thermoplastic materials and more.

Cutting boards should be kept flat at all times in order to insure the quality of cut components. As for proper maintenance, cutting boards were reversed after every four (4) hours of use. In addition, a more efficient use of cutting board must be observed by using the entire surface of each side. This way, the flatness of the cutting board can be maintained.
